一、热塑性橡胶SEBS YH-503/503T基本参数
1、外观：白色或浅色，呈粉末或均匀粒状，不含机械杂质及油污。

二、热塑性橡胶SEBS-YH503/503T应用特点
YH-503分子量是线型SEBS中最高的，高填充下的力学性能优秀、与PP共混时形成的双INP网络完整，主要用于共混产品。YH—503有较好的力学性能和充油性能，YH-503主要用于共混弹性体的基础材料，如各种包覆材料、密封条、抗振材料、道路标志油漆、其它弹性体的补强、塑料增韧改性等。YH-503在加工时可与大多数塑料共混，不同塑料对其最终制品的性能有不同的影响，如在YH-503共混材料中加入粉状PPO时强化了苯乙烯与丁二烯的相分离，弹性体的耐温性能、力学性能、刚性、表面的滑爽感明显增强；在其中加入适量的α-甲基苯乙烯和丙烯***的共聚物时制品表面不粘。
三、热塑性橡胶SEBS-YH503基础配方
1、邵氏A10度弹性体配方：
YH—503
PP 5份
白油 70份
抗氧剂 1份
将上述物料经高速捏合机充油混匀，再加入双螺杆挤出机（L/D≥32）于190~230℃之间造粒即可。
2、邵氏A75度弹性体：
YH—503 350份
PP 250份
白油 500份
此配方弹性体300%定伸5.2MPa、伸长率470%，可用于包覆材料。
以上配方可根据用户实际需要加入0~20份钙粉以降低成本。

2、 Application characteristics of thermoplastic rubber sebs-yh503 / 503t
Yh-503 has the highest molecular weight among linear SEBS, excellent mechanical properties under high filling and complete double InP network formed when blending with pp. it is mainly used for blending products. Yh-503 has good mechanical properties and oil filling performance. Yh-503 is mainly used for the basic materials of blended elastomers, such as various coating materials, sealing strips, anti vibration materials, road sign paint, reinforcement of other elastomers, toughening and modification of plastics, etc. Yh-503 can be blended with most plastics during processing, and different plastics have different effects on the properties of its final products. For example, when powdered PPO is added to yh-503 blend, the phase separation of styrene and butadiene is strengthened, and the temperature resistance, mechanical properties, rigidity and surface smoothness of the elastomer are significantly enhanced; Add an appropriate amount of α- The copolymer of methylstyrene and propylene * * * does not stick to the surface of the product.
3、 Basic formula of thermoplastic rubber sebs-yh503
1. Shore A10 degree elastomer formula:
YH—503
PP 5 copies
70 portions of white oil
1 antioxidant
Fill the above materials with oil and mix them evenly through the high-speed kneader, and then add them into the twin-screw extruder (L / D ≥ 32) to granulate between 190 ~ 230 ℃.
2. Shore A75 degree elastomer:
Yh-503 350 copies
PP 250 copies
500 portions of white oil
The formula elastomer has 300% constant elongation of 5.2mpa and elongation of 470%, which can be used for coating materials.
The above formula can add 0 ~ 20 parts of calcium powder according to the actual needs of users to reduce the cost. |
