二、应用
YH-604与其它牌号相比，其耐压缩永久变形性能优秀、高填充下弹性体的力学性能和熔体流动性能均衡、在-50~90℃的温度范围内保持良好的柔韧性和硬度，可以加工各种复杂结构的制件，适合于生产建筑、汽车和电器的密封条。
以100份YH-604、120份26#白油、40份聚丙烯共混得到弹性体的典型性能如下：

邵氏A硬度：60
扯断伸长率：700%
300%定伸应力：3.0MPa
70℃×24小时压缩永久变形：＜35%

2、 Apply
Compared with other brands, yh-604 has excellent compression permanent deformation resistance, balanced mechanical properties and melt flow performance of elastomer under high filling, and maintains good flexibility and hardness in the temperature range of - 50 ~ 90 ℃. It can process parts with various complex structures and is suitable for producing sealing strips for buildings, automobiles and electrical appliances.
The typical properties of the elastomer obtained by blending 100 phr yh-604, 120 phr 26# white oil and 40 phr polypropylene are as follows:
