巴陵石化的新产品SEPS系列 Baling Petrochemical's new product SEPS series
中国石化巴陵石化公司对外发布，其正采用自主知识产权技术，在建设国内首套年产2万吨氢化苯乙烯/异戊二烯共聚物（SEPS）工业化装置，年内建成投产后，将产出绿色环保的新型热塑性弹性橡胶SEPS产品。
与SEBS相比，SEPS弹性体的吸油速度快、吸油后表面粘性低、硬度与拉伸强度大、扯断永久变形小、与各种极性与非极性的材料粘接性能好。
Sinopec Baling Petrochemical Company has announced that it is using its own intellectual property technology to build the first domestic industrial plant with an annual output of 20,000 tons of hydrogenated styrene/isoprene copolymer (SEPS). After completion and commissioning within this year, it will produce a new type of green thermoplastic elastomer SEPS products.
Compared with SEBS, SEPS elastomer has faster oil absorption speed, lower surface viscosity after oil absorption, higher hardness and tensile strength, smaller permanent deformation at break, and better adhesion with polar and non-polar materials. |
