5月9日,合成橡胶事业部SIS车间主控室,前工段技术员紧盯溶剂塔系控制屏,进行“SIS、SEBS能效试点持续改进项目。
为降低生产运行成本,橡胶事业部推行能效管理,SIS车间运营转型持续改进能效试点项目在4月份取得积极进展,年产6万吨特种热塑橡胶装置能耗物耗明显下降。
项目实施过程中,技术人员按照SIS及SEBS两种产品常规进料量计算,提出具体计划降量。在操作工艺交底后正式实施。橡胶事业部还借鉴运营转型工艺优化思路,参照SEBS老装置加氢反应特点,反复研究SEBS新装置加氢反应过程,采用单一因素分析法确定工艺优化的主要方向,技术人员参与岗位操作,制定SIS车间加氢公益标准化操作规程。
