为期3天的巴陵石化福建年产20万吨己内酰胺建设工程基础设计审查会召开。总部发展计划部牵头，组织总部工程部、科技部、安全监管部、能源管理与环境保护部、物装部、化工事业部等部门，邀请石家庄炼化、SEI（宁波工程）和南京工程公司等单位的专家进行基础设计审查。
