己内酯下游需求不断增加
国内己内酯的市场需求量逐年增加,根据海关数据分析,2010年国内己内酯进口增长率为41.9%,2011年为53.2%。与此同时,进口己内酯在中国大陆的销售价格也呈增长态势。
己内酯作为单体主要生产热塑性聚己内酯、聚己内酯多元醇、聚己内酯型聚氨酯、聚合物分散剂等。这些聚合物拥有独特的性能,可用于诸多领域,同时显示出绿色环保的优势。
热塑性聚己内酯具有良好的生物降解性能、形状记忆特性、低温柔韧性、耐水解性等诸多优点。在医疗领域,被广泛用于整形外科的骨科夹板、牙印模和放射治疗系统,以及骨折体内固定材料、手术缝合线等。在薄膜与复合包装领域应用方面,聚己内酯可与聚乳酸共混,用于制备吹塑薄膜、层压材料和包装材料,如可降解农用薄膜,一次性餐具,生物降解塑料袋等。
聚己内酯多元醇可用于丙烯酸、环氧树脂和乙烯基涂料中,作为反应型的稀释剂和改性剂,改善涂料的附着力,减少涂料中的挥发性化合物,提高涂料的抗冲击强度。
聚己内酯多元醇可以与二异氰酸酯反应来制备高性能的聚己内酯型聚氨酯。其弹性体的高温适应性、机械性能和耐溶剂性能都优于其他聚氨酯。如果采用脂肪族二异氰酸酯,则可制备生物可降解性聚氨酯材料。若体系中再引入亲水性基团,又可生产水性生物可降解聚氨酯,用于水性涂料和水性胶黏剂,可大大降低环境污染。聚己内酯型聚氨酯还具有其他优异性能,如低温柔顺性、耐候型、光稳定性、高抗撕裂强度及耐水解性等,在高档合成革、汽车涂料、鞋底料、胶黏剂等领域的应用较为广泛。
聚己内酯分散剂主要用于塑料填充体系中,由于无机填料如纳米碳酸钙与聚合物之间的极性差别很大,无机填料在聚合物中不能得到很好的分散,聚己内酯分散剂具有很好的分散效果,可增强两相的界面结合力。
规模化生产亟待提速
