己内酯国内研发初见成效

自上世纪70年代开始，国内曾有4家企业研发生产己内酯产品，但目前仅有中国石化巴陵石化公司中试装置正常生产，规模为200吨/年，产品纯度大于99.9%，质量处于国际先进水平。巴陵石化与上海石油化工研究院合作开发的1万吨/年己内酯工艺包项目，已申请中国发明专利5项，拥有自主知识产权，符合绿色低碳发展要求。

己内酯生产技术的成功产业化，将对我国的高档PTU、聚氨酯涂料、胶黏剂以及可降解材料等行业起到良好的产业支撑作用，为我国聚氨酯行业的产业升级提供高性能的改性材料。
