4月，中国石化总部在福州组织召开福建20万吨/年己内酰胺建设工程总体设计审查会。中国石化发展计划部副主任主持会议。巴陵公司总经理、党委书记、副总经理，特邀的SEI等单位评审专家以及3家设计单位负责人等参加。
