巴陵石化公司热塑橡胶专家介绍，研发团队自主研发的热塑橡胶高端环保产品SEPS，是“绿色橡胶”家族的新成员，用途广泛，性能优异。它能让化妆品级白油增粘，可生产用于做化妆品的凡士林；加入汽车润滑油中，能使其冬天不粘，夏天不稀。“SEPS工业化生产，巴陵牌热塑橡胶系列产品又向高端迈进了一大步！”专家说。

2012年，公司累计完成产品总量471万吨，同比增加74万吨，增长近18个百分点。“我们注重结构优化，炼油高价值产品收率为90.32%，提升热塑橡胶产品创效能力，大幅压减常规溶剂环己***产量，多生产高端化纤级环己***……累计调整结构增利8400万元。”公司总经理说，“高附加值产品、新牌号产品、特色产品对企业效益的贡献率达80%以上。”

巴陵公司突出发展优势和特色业务，走创新驱动、内生增长的内涵式发展道路。过去一年，巴陵石化公司采用具有自主知识产权、国内领先技术建成的苯乙烯、特种锂系聚合物、特种环氧树脂及己内酰***扩能改造等8个项目顺利投产，有8个产品产量和13套装置连续运行周期创历史新高，其中，特色热塑橡胶SBS、SIS、SEBS产品产销量达18.7万吨，比上年增销2万多吨。

目前，巴陵公司特种热塑橡胶比例已由原来的13%提高至30%，特种环氧树脂比例从不到10%提高至46%，热塑橡胶、己内酰***等生产技术达到国际先进水平。“‘十一五’期间公司新增产能中特色产品比例超过50%，下一步关键要继续在产品的‘高新特’上提高发展的质量和效益，‘十二五’期间新增产能中特色产品比例力争要达到90%以上。”巴陵石化公司总经理表示。

靠技术进步、调整结构增效益。巴陵石化公司在职代会上就贯彻落实集团公司年度工作会议精神作出具体部署：“着眼于提高吨产品价格，优化炼油产品结构，力争创效1800万元。坚持效益最优化，力争优化化工产品结构创效5000万元：发挥质量优势，多产化纤级环己***；优化热塑橡胶产品牌号，增产SBS、SIS和SEBS；扩大固体树脂、汽车涂料树脂、邻甲酚醛树脂等产量，力争特种环氧树脂达到2.4万吨；瞄准高速纺民用丝高端用户，提高己内酰***品质，同时生产膜用切片2万吨以上……”
