巴陵石化公司部署春节前安全环保检查

春节临近，安全环保工作进入特护期。巴陵石化公司决定，2月1日，由公司领导带队，组织机关8个部门人员分三组，到各直属单位进行节前安全环保检查，强化隐患排查整改，确保生产生活双安全。

巴陵石化公司春节前安全环保检查的重点内容是：节日用火管理及直接作业环节安全管理制度落实情况；关键装置、要害部位的安全监督管理情况；消防安全管理、职业卫生、环保管理情况；大机组管理、备用设备完好情况；装置保运、抢修队伍值班管理情况；生产准备和工艺管理情况；各类装置、设备及其附属设施的防冻保温管理情况；劳动纪律和生产岗位人员配备情况；领导带班、干部值班和小车管理情况；综合治安和门禁管理情况；剧毒品安全管理情况；危险化学品运输和装卸管理情况；承包商施工现场安全管理情况等。

巴陵石化公司要求各直属单位按照总部及巴陵石化公司部署要求，认真组织本单位节前安全环保检查，安排好春节期间的安全环保工作。
