巴陵石化公司热塑橡胶产销量及11项指标创新高
作为目前国内最大的热塑橡胶研发生产企业，2012年下半年，巴陵石化合成橡胶事业部新建成投产年产6万吨特种热塑橡胶装置，全年SBS、SIS、SEBS等热塑橡胶产销量达19万吨，同比上年增加2万多吨，创历史新高，效益名列公司榜首。
过去一年，巴陵石化合成橡胶事业部坚持“大利多产、少利少产、无利不产”的生产原则，做大附加值高、市场前景看好、综合效益明显的产品，组织创效装置满负荷生产。去年10月份，原料供应紧张，他们及时调整生产计划，将SBS装置的一条生产线转产SIS，确保其它生产线满负荷运行，并收集多个原料罐底料保供。不仅SBS装置创月产3万吨新纪录，且年产2万吨SEBS装置首次实现产能达标，SIS新装置产量也稳步提升，最高日产量175吨，年累计产量1.2万吨。
按照“贴近市场、服务客户、量足价优、应收尽收”的思路，巴陵石化合成橡胶事业部密切关注原料和产品市场走向，优化营销，着力开拓SEBS、SIS等自销产品的国际市场。事业部全年产品销售总量28万多吨，热塑橡胶产品占近七成，产销率100%。
