近日从巴陵分公司己内酰***事业部传来好消息：巴陵分公司己内酰***部的计算机仿真培训系统从筹备立项到全部完工验收共历时21个月，现已正式投用，并在边建设边培训的过程中收到了明显的效果，一些接受培训的员工已成为岗位能手或技能标兵。
