巴陵石化公司创省文明标兵单位迎检工作正式启动

9月3日，巴陵石化公司创湖南省文明标兵单位迎检工作正式启动。这是巴陵石化公司2004年被授予湖南省文明单位、2010年通过湖南省文明单位复查后首次申报湖南省文明标兵单位。
