巴陵牌环氧树脂酷暑“三伏天”享清凉

当前，已进入酷暑高温“三伏天”，巴陵石化环氧树脂事业部新建投用的年产5万吨特种环氧树脂包装线及成品库房一片清凉，当班人员对刚下线的巴陵牌邻甲酚醛环氧树脂等牌号产品进行移位码垛。据介绍，邻甲酚醛环氧树脂软化点较低，在高温环境下颗粒状的产品易出现板结现象，给客户应用造成不便，影响产品的质量形象。环氧树脂事业部今年3月份新建成投产的年产1万吨邻甲酚醛环氧树脂装置，采用先进的全自动包装系统，根据产品质量特性要求，设置了16摄氏度的恒温包装环境，确保产品内在和外在质量稳定优质。
